When will my order arrive?
Most orders being delivered in the US will be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will try to add a tracking number when it is shipped out, but sometimes it may not show. If you cannot see it and it has been 3 business days and would like it, please contact us with your order #.
What are your live chat support hours?
Depending on the season, we have different hours every season, so we will we be around to answer your chat during our open business hours and sometimes are able to respond outside of these times.
